Band parents, we need your help!
There are many ways you can help the band and your student.
The 2011-2012 Volunteer Intention forms (2 pages) will be in the packet your student will pick up at the end of Band Camp.
You can also Click Here to print the first page of the forms.
Please follow the instructions on both pages. Once you receive the second page at the end of Band Camp, you will need to take it with you to the school office and tell them you need to register as a volunteer. They will direct you to a computer where you can complete the registration. At the end, when a box pops up with your registration #, WRITE IT DOWN on the second page of the forms in the "Confirmation # Given" box.
